SE Head Coach Jonathan Willemain
Coach Jonathan has been inspired by years of doing CrossFit, SEALFIT, surf rescue and military inspired workouts. While he has found such programs extremely beneficial the common theme was that they primarily focused on extreme or professional athletes and utilized ninche training methods. While working as an Ocean City Beach Patrol Surf Rescue Technician Coach Jonathan discovered that by combining and adaptating some of the leading philosophies he could create a holistic program that produces incredible functional fitness for the long haul but just as importantly increased mental fitness allowing participants to better pursue their life long passions by becoming better leaders in their comunities.
